life can get wavy, you don’t have to go it alone
Meet Claire
I am a queer cis-female (she/her) white settler, born and raised in Hamilton, and I love this city.
I am learning a humble practice of being intentional and accountable to how power and privilege shape my social location, and therefore my engagement as a Social Worker and Therapist.
When I am not in the office I like to adventure by woods or water, be it on foot or a bicycle or by paddle. I can often be found cheering on a sports team, or hanging in my hammock with a crossword puzzle. I love to laugh loudly. I am obsessed with my golden retriever and will tell you all about her.
How Can I Help?

“Feeling is revolutionary, a disruption of the status quo. Though it feels personal and happens in our bodies, it doesn't need to be a solitary action. Feeling and connection bring us into the world and into relationship with one another. Some things seem too big to be felt alone because they are. They require the collective to hold the space for big feeling, for it to move through, and to remind us that we’re not alone.”
